From Vision to Market Leader
I founded Helvetica in 2006 with a clear goal—to build lasting wealth through stable and secure real estate investments. Seeing an opportunity, I launched the first Norwegian real estate fund focused on the Swiss market. By 2010, it became Norway’s best-performing real estate fund, delivering strong returns even through the financial crisis.
A Unique Start from Norway
In the early days of Helvetica, more than 2,500 Norwegian investors placed their trust in a new and unproven initiative focused on the Swiss real estate market. Their support provided the foundation that made the first fund possible and marked the beginning of a long-term cross-border partnership.
Growth and Expansion
Helvetica continued to grow, becoming a FINMA-regulated fund management company. In 2016, we launched the Helvetica Swiss Commercial Fund, which was listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange in 2019, further strengthening our market position.
