Hans R. Holdener is the founder of Helvetica, a Swiss real estate fund and asset management company established in 2006. As a board member, he remains involved in shaping the company’s strategic direction. He also runs a family-owned residential investment company focused on creating lasting value for future generations.

Turning Ideas into Reality

Hans played a key role in bringing the Romsdalsgondolen project to life in Åndalsnes, Norway, which opened in 2021. Inspired by his childhood connection to the region, the gondola has become an important part of local tourism.

It was the greatest journey of a young life. The resulting knowledge gained lasted even longer. I had just turned 18 when I got on my CILO bike to take the most demanding but also the most beautiful trip of my life. The Romsdal Gondola
